The employees of Bahrain Financing Company took part in a blood donation drive at Salmaniya Medical Complex on Saturday 4th February as part of the company’s responsibility towards the society. Over 100 employees across the Group in Bahrain turned out to give blood during the one day blood donation drive in order to show their support to the growing demand of blood and stand beside the people of Bahrain.
“Speaking about the experience, Mr. Pancily Varkey, General Manager, BFC Group said, “I would like to thank our employees who turned out in large numbers to support this noble cause. It was a great experience for us to join hands with Salmaniya Medical Complex. I would encourage people to donate blood as it doesn’t take long and is not painful. Donating blood has plenty of health benefits. The thought of being able to help save people’s life is very inspiring and that is why so many of us at BFC participated in this drive. It is our way of giving back to the community”.
